Laughter and tears

Today, 31st January 2009. Charity and her family left to Australia. Her flight was at 10.40pm. Went to the airport at about 7+. When they were checking-in, their luggage were overweight by 7kg. The man at the counter charged them RM100++ for every 1kg...*OMG*....some of us prayed silently. After awhile, the man said that THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY A SINGLE CENT!!!!!!.....amen!!!!!! we were all shocked and full of joy!! God's favour was upon them and we all knew that. It was just so amazing.
So we hang around there till it was time. I was going a bit crazy due to my hunger for food...mcD was right there!!! I didn't have any cash with me =(..after awhile i gave in. My friends gave me their 'i know you want it' look. So, yea i got something to eat finally!!! food is soo good...haha.
At about 10pm, they were suppose to go already. This was the goodbye time that all of us never really wanted. A goodbye that would mean so much. Charity took turns hugging everyone, hardly shedding a tear. She was trying. And so was everyone.
Then, it came to me. I've never really felt that it was so hard. I've known her almost all my life but never really felt that 'missing her' part. So, she came to me for my hug. We didn't say much. She told my a few things. All i did was listen as i hugged her...And Then.....it just happened. We started....I started to felt my breathing was so hard as i tried to inhale for breath while exhaling when i was crying. The tears just came...she cried hard too...then we pulled apart and she said "why did you do this to me??" while i replied "i'm sorry la!!"....we were both trying to laugh as we said those words...it was painful. Trying to laugh when you're crying can actually hurt somehow...is it muscle or something?? it was weird...haha. We hugged again....and then others came to hug...haha i made her cry!!!!!!
Some of us walked all the way to see her till she walked towards the gate. I don't know why but i really felt as if something so important was leaving me...i wasn't very attached to her. Many of my secrets she didn't know. But, seeing her leave was really sad. This sunday is the first sunday without her in church. Next saturday will be a saturday without her in church for ghm. sigh. It's different now. I miss her already.

Sleepover at PJEFC

Right now i'm in my friend's house. Why?? i followed her home to wait for her to bathe and pack her stuff for the sleepover..she didn't want to sleepover but we all forced her...she had no good reasons haha. So, i'm here to make sure she doesn't ffk...haha...
After almost an hour, we left but had to turn back to get stuff we forgot. It's pretty scary being alone at 1am in the morning...I'm glad i went with my friend. Can't imagine how it would be if she went alone. Her parents weren't even in town. eee. Anyway we prayed and we left safely.

Okay...That's after the games.
We played human battleship!!! You know the battleship game?? yea except with human. The ball being thrown wasn't soft at all. hahaha. Then, we played buttball!!! Jasmine always told me about how crazy people can get by playing that and now i know why.haha. It was crazy watching people swarming altogether to get the ball. The poor person holding the ball gets crushed and suffocation...well..maybe not that bad but everyone was laughing so hard and it was simply crazy!!
After that, we went mamak. Again, we made noise and laugh a lot...it was all good fellowship time =)....((after that i went to Jamie's house))

So what did we do?? we played pictionary....oh and we also helped my friend, Sarah name her teddy bears....((She helped call my dad for permission to go for the sleepover okay)).Really really glad...and thankful..sigh....
Esther, Joanne and Joshua played Left4Dead on the laptop..crazy...scary too haha...syok sendiri...that is THE game we play when we go to CC...
I slept at 5.30am....haha...can't believe i had the strength to stay up so late. By then, i was so tired i fell asleep with the lights on in the room. Had about 4 hours+ to sleep which wasn't too bad..got up and took a cold refreshing shower.
In church, i also got to watch the Creative Arts ministry during their dance recording. Some of them i knew...the dance was really nice. Wish i was a part of it hehehe....and oh!! i got to help with the spotlight!!! haha...do i seem like a jakun??hehe...it was fun though...my first time i get to see how the coloured lights work.
Went for lunch at Jaipur's...ordered Tosai Rawa and then we all went to CC!!! it was crazy!!! hahaha...i have lots of fun with them...at least i do something throughout the day instead of day dreaiming around.

Sarah's birthday!! ((late post))

We celebrated Sarah's birthday in New York Deli in 1 utama today. We went there early to prepare before she arrived. The prices for food were expensive so Esther and i went to subway to eat first. It was my first time eating there!!! hahaha...it was good. Had to open my mouth really big to bite the sandwich haha. After eating we joined the rest. They were sorting out pictures to put into a scrapbook for Sarah. All our messages were there too. It was really nice putting it all together. One day i shall do one for myself too hehe..ive always wanted one...to look at and smile when i see the pictures inside..all the memories..sigh. Anyway while waiting, we took pictures. Earlier, some of us went bear shopping. We got Sarah a beige coloured teddy. Shopping for teddies is fun cause along the way, we got to hug them too!!! haha okay okay that may not sound very right but its really nice to hug teddies while they are new and soft. hehe.
When it came to THE time, Wern Meng and I stood outside the restaurant waiting to greet her. I held the bear, he held a huge sign with "Happy Sweet 20th" or something like that on it. haha he looked like a salesman. Sarah was shocked and she was really happy!!! duh..haha. The best part was my Teacher from my secondary school was here too!!! hahaha...well they know him as a friend so it was funny when they heard esther and i address him as MR.... hahaha...so at the table i talked to him on how school is now and how much i miss it. I really do. It was nice to feel that its not weird spending time with teachers outside of school. I guess in Sri Sempurna, its a lot different. And i really liked it that way. Miss school.sigh.
Anyway, they ordered dinner and talked about everything under the sun haha...after dinner, we went cc again!!!! hehe...it was really crazy cause i've never played the versus mode before. It was crazy. All of us were so excited, shouting bangging the table hahaha...oh the worst part was Sarah couldn't deal well with the movements on the screen. She got sick and threw up in the bathroom. poor her. We felt bad cause it was her birthday and everyone was having fun while she couldn't. =(....hope she's okay. My mum said i had to be home by midnight so i got home about 11.55pm...haha...Jo Chee sent me home and apologized to my mum for being late. By doing this, she hoped that somehow i'll be allowed to go for the sleepover on friday..oh well..will see how things work out. hehe.

…didn’t sleep well yesterday. Just kept turning and turning in bed I don’t know why. I miss my boster…sobs...oh and my sis was kicking and hitting me…goodness....
So, woke up about 10am…had curry with bread for breakfast and was kinda bored the rest of the time in my aunty’s place ((yes so I regret not following my parents to penang)). Anyway, during lunch, I was stuffed with char keuh teow... The whole afternoon was stuffy and very, very hot. The moment we arrived back, my aunty made refreshing icy longan drink with jelly!!!! Wow that was quenching!!!
I really was bored there. Worrying about the things at home I haven’t done.sigh. At 5pm, I reached home!!! Had my good bath,fed Angel and Buttercup….clean the doggie poop…*eeeuuuww….hahaha…so I did have a lot to do then. Took my dog for a walk, feeling the breezy wind pass…it was good.
Friend called, asked if I could go out…called parents…..no I can’t go…..OOOOWWHHHHH….okay….sigh….then, friend was outside….i cried….not cause I couldn’t go but….cause my dad’s tone was scary…..oh well…went downstairs, said thanks,sorry and bye….=(…my heart is break….
Called dad, he said I couldn’t stay at home alone….told me scary story which now I’m worrying about ((God please protect me))….so, solution was I go over to Jamie’s house to sleepover. Esther was going too. Settled then….sigh…
Made tuna sandwiches for dinner…ate 4 pieces….boy I’m full…aaaaa….haha

CNY!!!

For the past two days, reunion dinner with family. Sunday night, steamboat...with Dad's brother's family. Monday night, chinese dinner in my mum's, mum's house..got?? haha..with my aunty from hong kong...cute lil' cousins!!!! haha...okay so sunday night went perfectly well other than my mum forgetting the prawns. Monday however was....more tensing. In the morning, we went to my aunty's place in section 17 where my aunty from hong kong stayed. The kids were swimming under the hot sun for hours...which they ended up getting burnt...my mum and both my aunts were in a conversation which somehow led to an argument. My eldest aunty said something like 'its the church's fault that david(my uncle) got his priorities all wrong'. That's what ticked my mum off. sigh. My other aunty, forth in the family was the peacemaker at that time, who didn't raise her voice.
Anyway, enough of that, in the evening, w all went to my grandma's house for dinner. Again, my eldest aunty got mad cause she hit her head on the gate cause she had to bend down to go through. My poor uncle got the blame for not opening the automatic gate. This time, my dad tried to gesture to my uncle to calm down. poor him. I wispered a soft prayer....sigh sometimes i think my aunts got really high expectations due to their lifestyle. Even i, feel that i never get their approval sometimes...well...a lot. The good part is that my lil' cousins are the ones i look forward to spending time with. They smile a lot, and not put pressure on me. I don't mind them asking me to get hings for them cause at least i don't feel offended in some way...so in my grandma's house we watched madagascar 2 and tinkerbell...while waiting for adults to be done...haha..
Parents and bro, and maid left for penang today...my sis and i are home alone for 3 days...oh well. Hope everything will be okay.

Went for paintball today. Does the title explain anything? haha. Apparently, we don't shoot paint, but round thick capsules with paint IN it. The idea of the game, shoot someone using a gun and see the bullet burst with paint on your opponent. When your opponent screams in pain,then you'll know you got him.
My experience of paintball has been an interesting, painful one.
In the beginning, i was the liabiliti to my team. I was scared...the wounds my friend's got caused the fear in me to increase. They weren't pretty marks and decorations...there was blood, swell, and tearing of the skin.
We played a few games. So far i was clean. The third game, it was a 'Head-shot' game, which means, only shots on the opponent's head would count. Shots on the body wouldn't be elimination for the person but he/she will have to recharge at their base. So, the starting of that round, as i was running to cover myself, 'BANG!!! BANG!!!' .............I....got...shot...twice......**ooowwww*...okay so i realized...it hurt. It really hurt. I kinda stayed behind that wall the whole round. It was a messy one. Anyway, a few of us got shot...thank God mine were just mere bruises.phew.
The fourth or fifth game really impacted my life. First bad move,i happily ran for cover behind a wall, forgetting there was a puddle of mud there..and so, Swiiish!!!! ((i did mention i was pretty clean earlier right??)) it was a Very disgusting slide. not cool. i tried to clean myself on the grass haha. Then,i ran further up front to a drier spot. Now, i had a better view. I gave a few shots. This round so far, was the best. I managed to shoot someone!!! ahahaha...yes the joy!! As i was aiming at my next target north-west cause i was an open target at the same time...Suddenly, i got shot from the front!!! aaaaaa!!! it was a head-shot green-splatter on my goggles which meant i was out..sobs =(....okay so i turned to my right, slowly leaving when i heard and felt a hard hit in my throat. omg. okay so at that moment i thought i was dead...((almost literally)). Then i remembered my opponent who had me clear on target...yes it was him then. I touched my throat and on my hand was green goo-ey liquid. I was hit. My friend next to me started shouting for everyone to pause. Getting hit in the throat wasn't the ideal place. My friend in the safe zone helped me clean up my wound. It started to sting. I haven't seen it at first so i didn't know how bad it was. My friends TRIED very hard to not give any expression or comments about it to help me. So far so good. Just couldn't turn my head right much.
After we changed and left, i got into my friend's car and looked into the mirror at the driver's passenger seat. I saw a round red wound with a 1 inch radius pink area. Okay so it didn't look that bad. Just the swelling and bleeding wound hurt.
We went for luch i kepong and my friend sent me home and told me to clean up the wound with antiseptic. I didn't enjoy the bath,nope. I couldn't find the first aid box so i had to wait.
When my mum came home, i told her not to freak out as i was gonna show her something. Well, she freaked out and scolded me fo doing dangerous things. sigh. It wasn't that bad anyway. She helpd my clean it up and put a dressing. It hurt more now that it was stinging. sobs.

Okay, necks or neck muscles are important for:
1. Getting up and down from bed
2. Opening mouth to eat
3. Brushing teeth
4. Turning your head
5. Many others =)

Don't ever injure neck area....
Other than my injuries, paintball was an experience...haha

Okay so it's really been fun going out with pjefc people. Today we watched 'bedtime stories' at 11.40am. It was...okay. There's this super big-eyed guniea pig which was soo cute!!! haha. Then, we went to Char Chan Teng for lunch. We celebrated two birthdays (Sarah's and Joshua's). It was fun helping pick the flavours for the cake (12 in 1). It was exciting seeing everyone enjoying all the different flavours. Joshua didn't really like cheese cakes so he anjoyed his baskin robbins ice cream haha. We took lots and lots of pictures of everyone!!
After that, we went to the arcade. It wasn't that big so there weren't many choices i guess. Then, as some of them went back, the rest of us went to the upper floor. They played an outdoor sport (something like softball), which was quite cool. I never knew it existed, and there was a footsall court too!!! That game wasn't easy.
At about 6+, we decided to go CC again. Not that i'm addicted okay?? my other friend wanted to try it so okay since it was nearby my house too. So we played the same game. I took on more damage since it weren't the same people i played with hahaha. It was fun though.
Later, my friend sent Esther and her cousins back before me. Oh when i saw her cousins today i was like 'what?? omg....chinese?? nah!'...but they were. The way they did up their hair made them look like korean or japanese guys (which was i compliment when i told the older one that). They were friendly and nice. Was glad to have met them actually. So i reached home at 8.45pm. It took 45minutes from esther's place to mine due to the jam. My poor, nice friend had to be the one driving the whole time. hehe.
So now i'm at home trying to figure out why my computer internet connection is so weak compared to the laptop =(...sad to use this old version of msn. I wanna see pictures!!!!!!! haih....oh well...not suppose to be using the computer today so thats all. =)
