CRAZIEST night/morning i had this year....

I ended up with only an hour+ sleep after finishing up my lab report...crazyy...its the latest i've stayed up to for work...and i know it wasn't my best piece of work to hand in...but i did it anyway...i am pretty glad i did finish it...i don't know how the outcome would be though...sighs..

My sunday night hadn't been that great...pretty moody (not PMS kay..haha)..mummy scold me for not parking properly..bad angle..but i've never tried reversing that way before...now i know what my friend meant by the poles that never really help...haha..and also kena for having BAD BAD sense of direction..=(...that really was...gaaahh!!! mum started to wonder how am i gonna take my friends out next next week..(hopefully i really do la)..hehe..
So anyway went to pick siblings from 1u (they watched transformers!!!!! and rubbed it in my face haha)...and a car honked for a few seconds at me...okay i didn't feel really pissed cause for one thing, i was already half myslef...kena so much in the car...whoever honked me i didn't even turn to look...bother la..hmmm...
When we got home, it was pretty late already...i went to bathe but mum needed help to cook...in the end, she didn't...was late and she was tired...so we went out for a quick dinner...(worrying about lab report)..sighs...by the time we got home it was 10pm..then i started on my work...got even more grumpy when i couldn't get the words out of me...feel kinda guilty blabbing on my friend who im sure was Trying to bring smiles..being him to be optimistic and funny in some way..really amazed on how people are...just listen and tolerate while others like Me make lives miserable most of the time...haha..

So i continued with my work....got really really frustrated trying to find a journal that i COULD understand...i think its how science people explain things..i just don't get them...so many i looked through...torture..i finally just took one...i'm not even sure if i got the right topic...but i needed one real bad so...i tried...oh well..

I got to bed at about 5.30....was at alpha stage for a lil' while cause of all the worrying and uncertainty..but thank God i managed to doze off...

Victor woke me up at about 7.15am...(its okay victor, i told you to call anyway...if u didn't i would have felt worse)..thanks for all your help kay...=)

Sooo right now i'm in college..trying to tahan as i have class till 4pm...and my spontaneous presentation...i hope i won't be lost of words later...and wearing formal clothing to college is pretty uncomfortable...so i have flats on(to be changed later) with a formal outfit...hahahaha...

Jamie, Jo Chee and David are back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yays!!!!!! surprise call from Jamie yesterday...i would have screamed if everyone weren't asleep haha...i cant wait to see them soon!!! oh oh i miss Left4Dead...yes i soo miss all the syok sendiri-ness with them...glad me sem is ending so i can spend time with them...thank you God for a great college schedule!!! hehehe....can't wait can't wait...

Okay i shall go get ready for class...freezing cold here in the computer lab...brrrr....

busy busy busy...again, time passed by so fast..

Been a busy week having practices for the wedding and project work in college so haven't updated since i was lazy and tired..haha...

The trip to Putrajaya on friday for practice was great! felt like it was the best practice since we sweat soo much because there was no aircond..haha...all sticky and stuffy in the huge hall..but it was interesting to see how the deco was done in advance...ooo...the wedding cake...we were all so fascinated..haha...took a few pictures too!! nice place..greenery around..huge place to lepak around haha...its really great how we all get to spend time together more since we have practices and all...God given opportunity.. =)

On saturday morning, we went to the saloon to get our hair done....oh the braids...pulling my skin..hahaha...and lots of hair spray (which made my hair feel like wire)..it was pretty cool with the ribbon in between...and oh!!! i got my curls!!! finally!!! i looked like Goldilocks...hahaha...was really fascinating...curls...for once..
The dance at the wedding went well...i think. That's what people said though we dancers knew the timing was pretty much off at the end haha...oh well we only had two tries with the orchestra so it was different. Enjoyed anyway. i think. haha I realize one thing during the presentation....my mouth/lips can actually shiver too while im smling and have people staring from a distance of minimum 1 or 2 feet!!!! i don't think i have done a presentation that close to the audience....what an experience wei...

Lunch was good too..indian food..since camp, a lot of things have been very 'indian'...or maybe i just realize it more now..hahaha...

The bride's dress was...whoa...layers..fluffy...heavy...fantasy-like dress...hehe..brides are always beautiful...always...

So after a tiring start of the day, i got home to rest awhile and looked through some pictures i took..then dad decided for the whole family to go for the visit to 'My father's house'...oh when i heard the plan earlier that week i thought it was literally my dad's hometown or something haha..turned out its pretty much like old folks home/rumah KIDS...surprisingly, the old people there are really hyped!!! the oldest lady is 101 years old and she claps really fast for being at that age!!! geng wei! it was a good opportunity to have gone there...i still had my hair done up but my curls faded d...awww...so sad..haha...
I helped serve cakes and desserts!!! oohh looking at them made me soo tempted to eat them...i did la anyway..haha...so know i'm pretty much good at serving cake slices with a fork..smiles.

During the visit there, they sang chinese songs during worship...beautiful how they sound..they even sang 'As the deer panteth for the water' in chinese!!! really nice...God has blessed those youths and they really have a heart to serve...the singer, keyboardist, guitarist and drummer were girls!!! woohoo!!! *claps*

Busy busy day i had...tiring...and worrying about my unfinished lab report...oh no..hehe..and i have to wake up early for church tomorrow too...and my hair was still wired....eeeee...
The moment i got home, i started undoing my hair and WHOA!!! i saw hantu!!! puff puffy hair with waves in many directions!! hahaha...what a sight to see...but yea it all went away after my bath...phew...i'm sticking to straight hair...or curled ends...kekeke...fun fun..

Daddy's Day!!!!!

Once again, it is Father's day!!! this year's different...for one thing, no father's day makan till next week with uncle and family. The happiest part of today is during church. I attended both services...wow...but left halfway during the second after the presentations and the exciting part of service. What exciting part?? the speaker from Nigeria, had sooo much enthusiasm, joy and dancing spirit!!!! For both services, she invited husband and wives to dance together in the front...hehe...during the first service, we ghm people were observing and laughing at kevan and winny...hahaha..cute and funny couple la...

During the second service was the crazy part...guess the congregation wasn't as enthusiastic as the earlier one...speaker had to keep asking everyone to dance...and she got the youths (since they were sitting in front after the drama presentation)..including me..oh no...haha...yea so we all went on stage to DANCE....oh my goodness...it's the craziest thing i've done in church this year...hahaha..seriously crazy..we were rotating on stage like we're the only ones...((i wonder what the people thought))...then again, it's a good thing my family weren't around...ahahaha..but it was...crazyly fun...yes That's the word..syok sendiri-ness....((well in a way i got to warm up a bit..sanctuary was freeezing)).

And so, the message was on 'The honorable father' ...i can't remember the points...oh no...one was Love...haha..but yea it was a good sermon...i've always had this thought : for christmas, father's/mother's day, resurrection sunday and other yearly important dates, it's the same idea....i've always wondered if the speaker has problems thinking what to preech about that wouldn't be much of a repetition of the many many years passed...hehe...and i wonder how many views can human have...hmmm...then again, it's what God puts in their heart to share...but yea...just wondering...haha

Oh oh and my senior pastor enjoyed himself today too...wow he was really dancing and turning and jumping...haha..what a great, happy, joyful time i had in church today!!! and thank God i always make it home safely driving to and fro from church. =)

Busy week ahead.....more theory work to be done, assignment due dates approaching, wedding dance practices. Time is going by so fast. Soon i will be blogging about my finals coming and semester ending...wow..haha...

So i did go to the dinner on Sat. Thanks to all a few people who persuaded me...my baby step to somehow go further. small challenge yet wasn't so small for me. But i enjoyed myself really. Like i said, baby steps...hehe..
During the dinner, i got nice postcards...good memories..and also heard many testimonies from many many people...awesome sharing...God is really really awesome!!! (been saying that a LOT...but it just keeps coming)...without God.......whoa...the mess...haha


And now i know, Terrence you read this so...thank you so much!! for the postcards and the lil' note and being really welcoming...and yeesss your job is really really cool. haha. =)

SynchronizATION....and.....coffeeeee

Okay i don't know if there's such a word but i like making new words. =)
So, was at the park with my siblings that day and saw this couple doing synchronized jogging...haha i thought it would be something to be really conscious about if i were to do that. Left right left right left right...*giggles*. It's not weird. I'm just saying. =)

Oh and today is the first time i actually spent on San Francisco coffee...friend said it was 'Buy 1 free 1' so i thought 'okay since i didn't use much for food this week so i'll treat myself' haha..huge cup of Mocha...oooohh.....it was gooood..very filling though...got my friend to help me finish it haha (thanks Victor!!!) but he enjoyed it so it's a good thing =)...

Okay so talking about coffee, i shall finally remember to post this pretty cool fact my dad told me..

Who's that in the middle?? I've always thought it looked like a mermaid. Long hair and two fins at the sides see it?? haha...
So dad told me awhile ago that Starbucks was actually started by a Jew. ooo.
And and...the HUMAN figure in the middle is a symbol of Queen Esther!!!!! whooaaa...pretty cool. Due to Esther's perasan-ness((oh oh my new made word!!)), i shall emphasize it's Queen Esther from the Bible and not ESTHER NG JIA EN..hahahaha...

Stop and stare

Today i caused my first AND SECOND scratch on my mum's persona. (Cheewoh, thou shall not comment...be nice to me....bluek)
Kinda bad..sigh. The door handle has a straight black line across it and lil' ones below. Now whenever some one reaches for the handle, there it will be. Its bad. =(
Another careless mistake. After scratching i felt bad about it and mum's face wasn't very happy...soo didn't pay attention to my actions and there went my next mistake; i closed the auto gate without ensuring the car was fully out of the driveway. Mum caught it outside. So yea....my heart froze.
So went out grab stuff and went home. If some of you know me, i don't really show the 'right' emotions when i've done something wrong. When i got out of the car, i went into the house. Mum and sis took a long long look at the damage. Sister being sooo 'innocent' had to go on and on about the scratches on the gate too...sigh...bad.
